Software Engineer, Enterprise Product (AI Agents)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA; relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF is available if needed.

Salary: $189K–$330K annually, plus equity. Final compensation depends on location and hiring level.

What you will do

• Deliver software end to end for Ramp's largest customers by understanding user pain points, scoping product specifications, and building autonomous agents.
• Interact directly with customers as part of a customer-facing, high-pace engineering organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand product value.
• Drive the core product engineering roadmap through the embedding model and develop deep expertise in a core product area.
• Make prioritization decisions about custom solutions versus accelerating broader product initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Extensive experience building with and for agents.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Comfort and excitement with customer-facing work.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master the craft.
