Platform Engineer (AI)

Salary: $230K–$390K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build systems for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about agent performance.
• Enable agent developers to run A/B tests and make data-driven decisions about agent behavior.
• Build Explorer, an AI-powered conversational-data exploration product with clustering capabilities.
• Develop systems that proactively monitor agents for defects and emerging patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Passion for working on frontier AI products.
• Motivation and high agency to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment.
• Alignment with the company values, especially balancing craftsmanship, customer obsession, and competitive intensity.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered products.
• A sharp eye for design.
• Experience with Go and TypeScript.
• Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
• Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
