Salary: $204,000–$255,000 USD

What you will do

• Explore, shape, and develop new product experiences from ideation to scaled implementation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders to document requirements and make ambitious product features a reality.
• Lead investments into new technical capabilities that drive product innovation.
• Plan and sequence delivery of new features, making trade-offs and communicating plans effectively.
• Partner with peer engineering teams to integrate features across the product.
• Recruit and nurture exceptional engineering talent, fostering an inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• 9+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of people management, including managing technical leads.
• Strong product and design instinct with proven experience in building consumer experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, effectively influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Past hands-on experience with iOS, Android, and/or Frontend Web UI development.
• Experience leading and delivering large initiatives with significant business impact.
• Commitment to fostering operational excellence and developing teams to their full potential.
• Must be US-based and live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.
• English proficiency: B2 required.
