TL;DR

Engineering Manager (AI): Leading high-impact engineering teams to deliver AI-driven property management solutions with an accent on backend scalability and distributed systems. Focus on coaching engineers, optimizing R&D strategy, and solving complex technical challenges while delivering high-performance SaaS products.

Location: Must be based in the US (eligible states: AZ, ID, UT, WY, TX, NC, FL, GA, SC, OH, PA, IL) or Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you will do

Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Set technical standards and mentor team members through hands-on architecture design and code reviews.
Partner with product, design, and data science teams to execute R&D strategies.
Evaluate technical trade-offs to ensure successful delivery of complex software solutions.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation through data-driven decision-making.
Take ownership of business outcomes by managing the full development lifecycle from requirements to go-live.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in backend development with focus on scalable applications.
2+ years of management experience leading engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
Proficiency in software engineering best practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
Experience in high-performing organizations, specifically with distributed systems or B2B SaaS.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

Startup experience is preferred.
