Compensation: $194,000–$311,000 USD (based on geographic tier).

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers while fostering a collaborative environment with Product Managers and Designers.
- Drive the team's delivery of high-quality, impactful software solutions.
- Ensure technical excellence and project goals are met by taking charge of the team's overall performance.
- Work with cross-functional partners to define and influence engineering strategy.
- Manage individual team members' development plans and performance growth.
- Maintain a hands-on approach, balancing technical contributions with effective people management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant expertise in building data, ML, or backend systems.
- 2+ years of engineering management experience in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of owning projects from scoping through deployment in ambiguous, high-stakes settings.
- Hands-on experience building and productizing data platforms.
- Proficiency working with GCP.
