TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (AI): Driving hyper-growth for hirify.global's agentic software creation platform, focusing on new client acquisition, existing customer retention, and communicating the value of AI-powered natural language software creation. Focus on conducting compelling product demonstrations, aligning value propositions with business objectives, and skillfully negotiating deals.

Location: Hybrid role based in NYC (SoHo), with a requirement for in-office attendance. Candidates not based in the Bay Area must be willing to relocate to the Bay Area or NYC.

Salary: $140,000–$240,000 base salary, plus equity and performance-based bonus.

What you will do

  • Evangelize a future where anyone can create software in natural language.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers, guiding their buying journey.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and orchestrate non-engineering hackathons.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition and align it with customers' business objectives.
  • Prepare tailored quotes and skillfully negotiate deals.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for expanded adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience in an AE or SE/technical sales role, preferably in SaaS or developer tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with, or direct observations of full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing deals to managing existing customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of new technologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings and events.
  • Must be based in NYC or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate to either location.

  • Active hirify.global user.
  • Worked at an early-stage startup or in developer tools.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI and machine learning.
