Salary: $205,000–$280,000 a year (base salary)

What you will do

• Manage large, complex programs within Software Systems, requiring close cooperation with Autonomy, Firmware, and Product Software organizations.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, define clear milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate ongoing progress to stakeholders.
• Lead experts across diverse technologies, guiding them to deliver highly demanded features and programs.
• Ensure timely, efficient, and predictable delivery of programs.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent job experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in engineering program management.
• Deep familiarity with software development processes and proficiency in tools or processes to manage complex projects (e.g., Gantt charts, risk matrices, Smartsheet, JIRA).
• Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with embedded systems and ECU architecture in complex, safety-critical systems.
• Experience with similar technology that tightly integrates software, firmware, and custom hardware.
• Experience with reliability engineering or advanced systems engineering fields.
• Experience with large-scale cloud computing environments relevant to autonomous systems.
• Experience leveraging advanced AI tools to significantly improve the efficiency of program execution and delivery.
