Channel Partnerships Lead (APAC): Growing and developing Channel Partner Sales business in the APAC region with an accent on managing, enabling, and co-selling with global reseller partners to achieve advertising revenue goals. Focus on translating partner needs to drive product enhancements, defining sales strategy, and identifying new partnership opportunities in emerging markets.

What you will do

  • Manage and co-sell with Sales Partners across APAC, providing platform education and pitching alongside them in-market.
  • Enable local partners at scale and collaborate with scaled sales and cross-functional teams to identify best practices.
  • Translate partner needs by collaborating with Product and Marketing to drive product enhancements and align market positioning.
  • Define sales strategy and tactics with channel partnerships leadership and reseller partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Hold partners accountable by tracking achievement toward revenue targets and troubleshooting challenges.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities, including expanding existing reseller partnerships and renegotiating agreements.
  • Represent hirify.global in emerging markets by speaking at key industry events and identifying joint marketing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue within digital ads.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and full funnel client marketing objectives.
  • Experience working with brands and channel partners in the APAC region and familiarity with the ads reseller ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets.
  • Customer-centric approach, strong sales mentality, and commercial acumen.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced unstructured environments with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply insights to overcome headwinds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships that further organizational and client success.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
