Location: This position requires the Regional Sales Manager to maintain a remote office, with up to 50% overnight travel. Candidates should be based in the Mid-Atlantic territory (Maryland, Southern Delaware, DC, Northern Virginia) or near East Syracuse, NY, US.

Salary: $175,000–$225,000

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow sales within the designated broadband territory.
  • Provide sales and service support to new and existing telecommunications accounts.
  • Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Represent Belden at trade events within the assigned territory.
  • Provide Sales Leadership with timely information on product quality, customer concerns, and competitive insights.
  • Manage rep firms within the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (highly preferred) with three or more years of field sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, fiber, and/or optical product sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight.
  • Must maintain a remote office.
