What you will do

• Drive market intelligence, understanding customer profiles and market trends.
• Define value propositions, measurable ROI, and manage product roadmaps across functional areas.
• Capture and articulate requirements directly from customers, prospects, and internal teams.
• Manage product pricing, launch activities, and beta/early adopter programs.
• Monitor product success, competitive landscape, and customer relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the product team, including goal setting and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a SaaS Product Manager in an Agile software development environment.
• Proven track record in building, marketing, pricing, and launching software products.
• Experience running beta and early adopter programs with customers or Workday implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of technology, digital services, and trends.
• Flexibility to travel when needed to customer and partner locations worldwide.

Nice to have

• Experience with Automated Testing Frameworks, Data Privacy, Compliance, or document management products.
• Prior experience integrating AI into commercial products.
• Workday implementation experience.
