What you will do

• Take full ownership of the product area, including the backlog, roadmap, and overall outcomes.
• Lead the delivery of high-priority, high-visibility initiatives from inception to completion.
• Define and track key SaaS and service-delivery metrics such as activation, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with UX to establish continuous feedback loops via user interviews and behavioral data.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across engineering, design, sales, and operations.
• Translate feature delivery into commercial outcomes, focusing on churn reduction and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue and KPIs.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and presenting to senior leadership.
• Proficiency as an Agile practitioner, capable of shaping and improving team processes.
• Data-literate approach to defining metrics and prioritizing decisions.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work format.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PropTech or property management (leasing, compliance, maintenance).
• Experience building production-ready AI-powered functionality in regulated contexts.
• Background in the KYC/AML space.
