What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales to develop strategic and technical sales opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth technical discovery with potential new and existing customers using consultative techniques.
• Engage with communities and gain deep knowledge in key hirify.global practices such as Cloud, ITSM, DevOps, Agile, and Work Management.
• Assist in developing technical solutions and packages to address customer needs.
• Build and run customer demonstrations of hirify.global solutions and partner technologies like Atlassian, GitLab, and AWS.
• Seek opportunities for business development through objective competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of current and emerging practices in the digital workplace.
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian technologies and solutions.
• Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
• Strong consultation skills.
• Proficient communicator in both written and oral presentations using appropriate clear communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and German is essential (written and communication).

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of two or more of The hirify.global Group practices - Cloud, ITSM, DevOps, Agile or Work Management.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global’s partner technologies and solutions (Gitlab, AWS, monday.com and more).
• Fluent in either Spanish or Greek is desirable.
