What you will do

• Monitor applications and systems to ensure smooth operations and respond quickly to alerts and anomalies.
• Triage, document, and prioritize tickets, resolving common server, application, or connectivity issues.
• Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting and facilitate communication between stakeholders during incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, and security teams to solve technical challenges and manage vulnerabilities.
• Maintain system health reports, knowledge base articles, and detailed wiki documentation.
• Participate in shift coverage, including night/swing shifts and a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise technical support experience as a NOC Engineer or eCommerce Website Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Windows servers, Linux, and iOS systems.
• Understanding of cloud data centers and distributed computing (fully cloud-based infrastructure).
• Practical knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP) and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Office 365, ticketing systems, and ITSM platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, Datadog, and Atlassian Cloud applications.
• Experience working with high-traffic websites and CDN concepts.
• Ability to effectively transform technical questions into AI prompts.
