What you will do

• Manage and optimize OCI and other cloud platforms, including Compute, Storage, Networking, and IAM policies.
• Automate cloud resource provisioning and scaling using Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
• Perform patch management, system maintenance, and troubleshooting for Linux/Unix systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot MySQL/PostgreSQL databases and web servers like Apache and Nginx.
• Collaborate with global teams to handle incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA) in a 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Ruby scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, and the OSI model).
• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet).
• Intermediate-level skills in MySQL and PostgreSQL management and backup/recovery processes.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience managing and operating hybrid infrastructure.
• Certifications such as OCI Certified Architect Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator Associate.
• Experience with DDoS mitigation and web caching (e.g., Nginx, Varnish).
