What you will do

• Lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of SaaS and enterprise applications across multiple departments.
• Manage large-scale application enhancements, including requirement gathering, testing, and implementation.
• Perform advanced system setups involving workflow automation, data architecture design, and rule-based configurations.
• Develop and maintain complex queries, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Oversee user access, security roles, and ensure compliance with enterprise governance policies.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with leadership to align system capabilities with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree).
• Extensive experience configuring and optimizing SaaS and enterprise-level applications.
• Strong knowledge of business process design, workflow configuration, and data modeling.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
