What you will do
- Develop sales opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
- Act as a leader and primary point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and growing revenue.
- Build a strong point of view on customer needs to drive value.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales Development, and Solutions Engineering to execute win/win negotiation strategies.
- Drive existing customer conversations around new products to hit expansion quotas.
- Forecast projected expansion sales and renewals while managing the entire sales process.
Requirements
- BA/BS or similar college-level education.
- 5+ years selling in the B2B Software space.
- Experience with Restaurant/Retail vertical.
- Advanced understanding of working with G-Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent, clear verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- A proven 'problem solver' with the ability to work in a fast-paced organization, and travel is required 10% of the time.
