What you will do
- Build scalable go-to-market infrastructure and establish playbooks for engaging Director+, CFO, and Treasury personas.
- Sustain top-of-funnel momentum.
- Fuel the sales engine with qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate deeply with AEs and marketing to develop and execute targeted outbound strategies.
- Lead BDR training, mentorship, and best practice sharing within the team.
Requirements
- 9-15 months in a BDR role, consistently exceeding quota & pipeline targets.
- Demonstrated advanced sales techniques in outbound prospecting for complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Completed strategic outbound training.
- Proven leadership potential (mentorship, process improvement).
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated through data analysis and customer interactions.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
