Salary: $31.64 - $46.53 USD per hour

• Build scalable go-to-market infrastructure and establish playbooks for engaging Director+, CFO, and Treasury personas.
• Sustain top-of-funnel momentum.
• Fuel the sales engine with qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate deeply with AEs and marketing to develop and execute targeted outbound strategies.
• Lead BDR training, mentorship, and best practice sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 9-15 months in a BDR role, consistently exceeding quota & pipeline targets.
• Demonstrated advanced sales techniques in outbound prospecting for complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Completed strategic outbound training.
• Proven leadership potential (mentorship, process improvement).
• Strong analytical skills demonstrated through data analysis and customer interactions.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
