What you will do

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base.
• Lead a project workstream, building relationships with customers.
• Shape and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Provide guidance to customers, understanding their business and requirements.
• Support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience.
• At least 2 years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence configuration experience in the last 3 years.
• Certification in Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Strong understanding of Workday products either Time Tracking or Absence.
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required).

Nice to have

• Previous Workday Your Way, Launch or Launch Express experience.
• Prior experience with Kronos, ADP or other software.
• Professional qualifications in your area of expertise.
• Experience in post deployment services.
