What you will do

• Configure Workday functionality for Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Governance, Expense, and AP.
• Lead system design for purchasing, supplier lifecycle, expense, and payment workflows.
• Partner with Accounting and Tax teams to ensure sales and use tax configuration and compliance.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories through backlog refinement.
• Plan and execute Workday release management, including testing strategies and deployment coordination.
• Provide operational support and troubleshoot complex issues via ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Governance.
• Experience in a Workday Financial systems technical support role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
• Must be based in the United States or Costa Rica.
