Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 USD

What you will do

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Enterprise sales professionals.
  • Own long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue, forecasting accurately, and scaling the team.
  • Work cross-functionally to build effective sales processes and solutions.
  • Develop our sales playbook to enable scaling and documenting learnings.
  • Cultivate a culture of development to promote career growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of tech sales experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience training and coaching a high-performance enterprise sales team.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated passion for hirify.global’s mission and understanding of AI applications in knowledge work.
