TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, based in London, UK, with in-person attendance thrice weekly. Focus on the UK market.

What you will do

  • Identify ideal customers and actively pursue conversations and meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Prospect, generate leads, and increase awareness about hirify.global in the professional services space through industry events and webinars.
  • Map and specify organisational challenges, training, and development needs together with prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team for operational support and to explore upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the broader hirify.global commercial team and overall organisation to develop best practices.

Requirements

  • BSc degree or higher.
  • Client-facing Healthcare sales background.
  • At least 5+ years' work experience in a client-facing sales role.
  • Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Experience in establishing relationships with CIOs and Senior IT stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with business development and enterprise sales is ideal.
