What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your territory through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
• Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs and build trust through consultative conversations
• Use value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently achieve performance targets
• Develop strong knowledge of hirify.global’s products supported by training
• Share field insights to improve products, messaging, and sales processes
• Build long-term customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Reading, UK
• Strong experience in customer-facing or sales roles, preferably field-based
• Fluency in English
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong organisation, time-management, resilience, and adaptability
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a collaborative approach
