What you will do

• Lead the migration from SAP-BFC to Oracle FCCS, including process documentation and solution configuration.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and external experts to define functional and technical requirements across consolidation, reconciliation (ARCS), and metadata governance (EDMCS).
• Design and refine data models, consolidation logic, and currency translation processes.
• Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and release cycle.
• Stay current on Oracle EPM Cloud updates and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (advanced certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience with EPM tools, ideally Oracle FCCS.
• Proven experience in EPM implementations, particularly in financial consolidation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP / IFRS, consolidation principles, and group reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with data and analytics initiatives to enhance Record-to-Report processes (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
