What you will do
- Identify and build relationships with prospective new clients, expanding network and driving new sales.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to craft appealing sponsorship packages and ensure sponsorship renewals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Represent Billington CyberSecurity at industry conferences and events.
- Track and report sales pipeline and deal performance in HubSpot.
Requirements
- BA / BS
- 5+ years of sales experience (cybersecurity or related technology preferred).
- Experience negotiating and closing high-value deals, and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to attend client meetings, conferences, and events.
Nice to have
- Experience in or a passion for B2B events.
- Working understanding of the cybersecurity industry and its relationship to the federal government.
- Hubspot, Salesforce and Google Suite experience a plus.
