Location: This role is based in Singapore.

What you will do

  • Manage daily sales activities and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in partnership with the China Market Lead.
  • Drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales, ensuring overall portfolio yield and profitability.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, associations, media, and commercial partners.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, ideally within the events or media industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese market dynamics and business culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (especially to China).
