What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government cybersecurity sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and marketing leads.
- Drive sales of event sponsorships and strategic engagement programs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape company strategy and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic B2G or B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of the public sector cybersecurity market, including federal, state, and local government dynamics.
- Proven track record of selling event sponsorships, conferences, and thought leadership programs.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets.
- Sales team management experience with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven relationship-building skills with C-level executives in the public sector market.
