Partner Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Manage and grow SMB sales by recruiting and enabling channel partners and MSPs, driving full sales cycles and partner success. Location: Onsite in Austin, TX, USA

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year plus commissions and equity grants

What you will do

  • Own SMB sales quota and drive opportunity creation, deal progression, and closure through partners and MSPs.
  • Manage full partner-focused sales process including prospecting, recruitment, and enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with distribution and business development teams to identify and support strategic partners.
  • Maintain sales excellence in forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM opportunity management.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies to identify pipeline gains within whitespace accounts.
  • Stay informed about hirify.global products and competitive landscape in cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite in Austin, TX, USA
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant training/professional experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of cold calling experience into greenfield accounts, preferably in Tech, SaaS, or Security.
  • Passion for learning new sales methodologies and managing opportunities from discovery to close.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
