What you will do

  • Cultivate multi-level strategic relationships with key partners, including at the executive level.
  • Develop and execute localized, partner-specific go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional sales leadership.
  • Drive routine pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and annual performance reviews with partners.
  • Generate high-quality leads and incremental opportunities through joint sales planning and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with internal sales teams to support strategic pursuits and enhance value delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, services) to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or partner management experience in a technical environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Regional System Integrators (RSIs) to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and influencing complex deals.
  • Strong network of existing relationships with key players in the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
