What you will do
- Cultivate multi-level strategic relationships with key partners, including at the executive level.
- Develop and execute localized, partner-specific go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional sales leadership.
- Drive routine pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and annual performance reviews with partners.
- Generate high-quality leads and incremental opportunities through joint sales planning and co-marketing initiatives.
- Partner with internal sales teams to support strategic pursuits and enhance value delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, services) to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or partner management experience in a technical environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Regional System Integrators (RSIs) to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and influencing complex deals.
- Strong network of existing relationships with key players in the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
