TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Development Representative (AI): Prospecting and generating leads within enterprise-level companies with an accent on cold calling, emailing, and creative outreach initiatives. Focus on breaking into the US market, understanding prospect needs, and balancing structured tasks with innovative strategies.

Location: Must be comfortable working from the NYC office

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 with OTE up to $105,000+

What you will do

  • Engage in cold calling, emailing, and prospecting activities.
  • Develop and implement creative outreach initiatives to engage prospects.
  • Understand prospect needs and present hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Maintain consistent and organized sales processes.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen to understand prospects and hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Ability to balance structured tasks with creative initiatives.
  • Experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Experience prospecting/selling in the Recruitment/HR Tech sector is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working from the NYC office.
