Location: Fully remote, may require up to 10% travel based on business needs.
Salary: €85,000 - €105,000 EUR per year

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure engineers.
- Anticipate, plan, and execute infrastructure projects aligned with company and customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and security teams.
- Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation.
- Support company initiatives around cost optimization, security, disaster recovery, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in backend or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Experience providing technical leadership or mentorship.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable).
- Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker).
- Background in Python, Go, Java, or equivalent for automation and tooling.
- Knowledge of security best practices, networking fundamentals, and incident management.
