Location: This is a full-time remote role for Canada, specifically in Montreal, Quebec or Toronto, Ontario.

What you will do

  • Acquire new merchant relationships and cross-sell to existing healthcare clients.
  • Manage leads and prospects using Salesforce CRM and conduct outreach through cold calling and appointments.
  • Develop Healthcare-specific presentations and proposals for internal and external audiences.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and providing ongoing pre- and post-sale support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape.
  • Initiate and engage in strategic partnerships with industry-leading solutions for collaborations and innovations.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in payments, healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (bilingual English/French preferred).
  • Proven experience in external sales and client relationship management.
  • Experience managing commercial and small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients.
  • Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to work under pressure.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
