What you will do
- Lead hirify.global sales for your assigned territory, targeting and acquiring new customers.
- Identify and grow business opportunities within existing assigned customers.
- Act as the hirify.global expert in a collaborative sales approach with strategic technology and channel partners.
- Build and execute an innovative business plan with partners and the channel community to exceed customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate the hirify.global platform in early sales stages and coordinate additional cross-functional resources.
- Grow and convert sales pipeline from multiple sources, establishing reference customers.
- Accurately forecast pipeline development and report on opportunities to deliver sales results.
- Negotiate with peers, partners, and customers using a win/win philosophy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a sales and/or business development role in information technology (hardware, software, networking).
- Strong preference for SaaS selling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Computer Science/IT.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, aggressive, energetic, and self-starting with established solution and relationship sales skills.
- Proven history of developing and maintaining strong prospect, partner, and customer relationships, including presenting to senior levels.
- Proficiency in a team selling approach and comfortable applying business acumen and financial expertise.
- Experienced in sales strategies including discovery, deal qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Prior experience and proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM systems.
