What you will do
- Ensure high-quality customer experience by understanding needs and building relationships.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
- Achieve sales targets, quotas, and business goals.
- Analyze and report on sales performance and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and retain customer-focused sales personnel.
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, customer support, or client services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be considered a plus.
- Prior experience managing a team is desirable.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.
