TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Director (Ecommerce): Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, developing business and technical value, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. Focus on managing a large number of deals effectively and efficiently and becoming a trusted advisor.

Location: New York City, NY

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 USD base, $180,000 - $300,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial lead contact to agreement signing.
  • Develop a strong pipeline via a combination of inbound and targeted outbound activities.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and create a sense of partnership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to represent the client perspective.
  • Actively participate in industry events to increase the market presence of hirify.global.
  • Share success stories and best practices with the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in mid-market and/or Enterprise sales.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to become a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in managing a large number of deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Great objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with marketing technology and/or media buying.
