What you will do
- Drive the full renewal and expansion sales cycle, including pipeline, pricing, forecasting, and deal closure.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with hirify.global's goals and customer objectives.
- Proactively introduce new products, channels, and services tailored to customer needs.
- Execute win/win renewal negotiations to maximize contract value and protect client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Map global, multi-brand customer accounts to identify new business units, regions, and use cases for expansion.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of SaaS sales and account management experience closing recurring revenue deals with Enterprise customers.
- At least 3 years of experience selling to existing customers and driving successful contract renewals.
- Exceptional technical aptitude to understand and communicate product benefits to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated strategic mindset for mapping and understanding complex organizational structures.
- Ability to connect hirify.global's product capabilities with specific marketing challenges.
- Proven track record as a closer, confident in discussing value and pricing.
Nice to have
- Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- MBA.
- Familiarity with enterprise email marketing or marketing automation solutions.
- Experience with MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or Command the Message methodologies.
