What you will do

  • Discover, oversee, and finalize new business ventures for hirify.global solutions within net new and expanding accounts in Switzerland.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, encompassing interactions with CXO-level executives.
  • Propose tailored hirify.global solutions by collaborating with presales, premium support, partner sales, and consulting service professionals.
  • Exceed predetermined sales and coverage targets for corporate customers in Switzerland.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of hirify.global's market presence, capabilities, and competitive landscape.
  • Actively bolster hirify.global's strategic indirect sales model by orchestrating sales within the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; French is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of the enterprise software industry, including Linux Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, Container Management, Edge, Artificial Intelligence, and Security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari) and applying enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
