Location: This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration. This position is based in Palo Alto, CA.

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 a year

What you will do

• Expand Recs personalization across surfaces, integrating ranking scores, embeddings, and insights into experiences beyond the main card stack.
• Lead cross-pod collaboration for Recs, managing inbound feature and data requests and ensuring efficient evaluation, prioritization, and execution.
• Build structured intake and prioritization processes.
• Improve feedback loops across pods by collaborating with partner teams to ensure high-quality feedback signals that strengthen Recs models and personalization accuracy.
• Partner with Recs ML and Platform PMs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in large-scale consumer or marketplace environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional or cross-surface initiatives with multiple dependencies.
• Strong understanding of recommendation systems, personalization, or ML-driven products.
• Experience defining and managing structured intake or prioritization processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A systems mindset.

Nice to have

• Background in large-scale personalization or ranking systems used across multiple surfaces.
• Familiarity with data platforms, experimentation frameworks, and feedback signal design.
• Experience with marketplace or network-effect dynamics.
• Track record of improving collaboration between Product, ML, and Recs Engineering teams.
