TL;DR
B2B Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing client retention and expansion within a portfolio of enterprise accounts with an accent on strategic relationship building and cold outreach. Focus on driving NRR and GRR targets, navigating complex government procurement cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to increase product adoption.
Location: Remote (Global) with a required 6-hour timezone overlap with the UK timezone
Salary: £60,000–£80,000 base + OTE

What you will do
- Own expansions and renewals across a sizeable portfolio of accounts to hit NRR and GRR targets.
- Conduct proactive cold outreach to new stakeholders within existing organizations to unlock growth opportunities.
- Build high-credibility relationships with CXOs, SOC and Cyber teams, and government procurement managers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to ensure customers derive measurable value from the platform.
- Partner with Legal, Product, and Content teams to surface field intelligence and strengthen public-sector offerings.
- Manage account data and performance metrics with precision using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or revenue-driven customer success within a rapidly growing organization (50–500 employees).
- Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas for new business or expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to run cold outreach and drive new pipeline within existing accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, ChurnZero).
- 6-hour timezone overlap with the UK timezone is mandatory.
- Experience selling technical solutions; unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
