Customer Marketing Lead (AI): Building and humanizing the Gleaniverse customer community to drive product adoption, peer-to-peer learning, and advocacy with an accent on program design and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on creating scalable engagement strategies, managing feedback loops into Product and GTM teams, and measuring community impact on retention and growth.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in the San Francisco or Mountain View office)

Salary: $160,000–$215,000

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day engagement strategy for the Gleaniverse community, including content and moderation.
  • Design and execute community programs like webinars, office hours, and AMAs to deepen product expertise.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to translate roadmap updates into clear customer communications.
  • Develop community playbooks and toolkits to enable Sales and CS teams to participate in community initiatives.
  • Build feedback loops from the community to Product and GTM teams to influence the product roadmap.
  • Define and track community health metrics to prove business impact and refine programming.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in community management, customer communications, or customer experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong program builder capable of balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholder needs simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, and Support.
  • Comfortable learning and championing AI products and translating user stories into community programs.
