What you will do

• Plan and monitor ERP template development across teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and roadmap.
• Organize and coordinate diverse digital program teams, acting as a liaison.
• Facilitate scaled Agile ceremonies, governance meetings, and promote communication.
• Evolve operating model for optimized scaled Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage and configure Azure DevOps environment for efficient software delivery and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Integration Services, and large-scale ERP solutions.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and extensive experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), including driving Agile Release Train (ART) cadence.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) administration and experience with tools like Confluence, Miro, and Aha!.
• Proven ability to establish product governance frameworks, release management, and lead large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States, specifically Peoria, Illinois or Phoenix, Arizona. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
