Location: Must be based in Peoria, Illinois or Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640

What you will do

  • Plan and monitor ERP template development across teams, aligning with program objectives and roadmaps.
  • Organize and coordinate teams working on diverse digital program aspects, fostering collaboration.
  • Facilitate scaled Agile ceremonies and governance meetings to ensure strategic alignment and decision-making.
  • Optimize scaled Agile delivery across complex, cross-functional workstreams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and scrum teams to foster a high-performing Agile culture.
  • Manage and configure Azure DevOps environment for efficient software delivery and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience with modern ERP solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Integration Services.
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC and extensive experience applying Agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe), driving Agile Release Train (ART) cadence.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) administration and experience with tools such as Confluence, Miro, and Aha!
  • Proven ability to establish and drive product governance frameworks and release-management processes.
  • Previous experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives and coordinating vendor contributions.
  • Strong leadership presence, ability to motivate teams, and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional communicator who can translate complex topics, influence cross-functional teams, and maintain alignment.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and structured, with a track record of managing backlogs, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
  • Experience creating documentation and driving processes, standardization, and change management.
  • Must be based in Peoria, Illinois or Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
