Ecosystem Specialist (Sales): Drives pipeline generation and deal acceleration by activating partner relationships and leveraging ecosystem signals, focusing on strategic customer accounts and high-potential prospects. Focus on activating partner networks and turning ecosystem insights into opportunities to accelerate revenue growth. Collaborates with sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to bring Ecosystem-Led Growth to life.

Location: This role has been categorized as a Hybrid, Philadelphia-based position. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

Salary: In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of Gravity Node accounts and partner with customer teams to activate strategic partners on hirify.global.
  • Manage cold prospects and free users, using ecosystem overlaps and product usage data to prioritize outreach and book high-quality meetings.
  • Guide new users through setup to realize initial value, ensuring seamless onboarding until accounts are ready for sales qualification.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive Ecosystem Led Growth at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Stay updated on ecosystem trends and GTM strategies, sharing learnings to help hirify.global and its customers win through partnerships.
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly pipeline targets, activating new users, and helping AEs close deals faster through ecosystem engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as an Enterprise BDR, BDR Lead, Partner Manager, or Partner Sales Rep.
  • Demonstrated drive, grit, creativity, and proactivity with a target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working with strategic/enterprise accounts and complex org structures, with the ability to hold thoughtful conversations with execs and users.
  • Strong communicator.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred; Salesloft or similar a plus).

Nice to have

  • Partnerships experience or hirify.global product knowledge.
  • Exposure to AI-driven tools or data enrichment platforms.
