TL;DR

Sales Engineer: Developing revenue through consultative selling and providing pre-sales technical support for mobile and IoT device management solutions with an accent on product demonstrations, technical issue investigation, and market analysis. Focus on maximizing customer experience, resolving complex technical problems, and contributing to product roadmaps.

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. 20% travel is expected in this role.

What you will do

  • Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling and present hirify.global professionally.
  • Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of hirify.global products.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers.
  • Analyze market segments and generate product roadmap recommendations.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and communicate with internal product development teams.
  • Provide email and telephone-based pre and post-sales technical support.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting).
  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile).
  • Able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload.
  • Ability to drive and support proof of concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate product value.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of any Nordic language is meritorious.
  • Prior experience with mobile device management solutions, enterprise mobility, BYOD, SaaS.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, certificates, CRM solutions.
  • Experience with databases (Microsoft SQL server, MY SQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with containerization and virtualization.
