Mid-Market Sales Manager (EMEA): Leading and growing a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to consistently close high 5-figure deals and progress 6-figure opportunities with an accent on deal strategy, execution, and pipeline management. Focus on building a strategic selling culture and driving ARR growth through multi-stakeholder relationships and territory segmentation.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to close high 5-figure deals and progress 6-figure opportunities.
  • Drive deal strategy and execution across complex cycles, including pipeline and forecast reviews.
  • Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) for clear qualification and execution.
  • Build a strategic selling culture focused on larger, multi-threaded engagements.
  • Orchestrate multi-stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts to keep deals unblocked.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns and refine messaging for technical buyers.

Requirements

  • Proven 6-figure closer and sales leader with 5+ years of management experience in closing complex deals.
  • Deep command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Strategic deal management skills in qualification, mutual action plans, and executive alignment.
  • Executive presence to motivate and inspire with clear direction and high standards.
  • Coaching and talent development skills to upskill AEs through structured coaching and feedback.
  • Our company language is English.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to technical teams (e.g., DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops).
  • Leadership experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS across EMEA.
