What you will do

• Drive global business development and implement solution strategies for access control.
• Lead a cross-functional Access Control team.
• Maintain and grow stakeholder relationships, driving change initiatives impacting long-term business.
• Work with sales regions and key partners to develop go-to-market strategies and align activities.
• Communicate content, needs, and best practices within the sales organization.
• Follow up on Key Performance Indicators and act as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Extensive background from an international business environment.
• Good understanding of the access control market and terminology.
• Understanding the dynamics of using a two-tier distribution model and a network of business partners.
• A strategic mindset yet capable of working hands-on to move things forward.
• A technical understanding and interest.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+).
• Experience from different sales roles and informal leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing/business or a technical area.
