TL;DR

Manager, HRBP (EMEA): Strategic partner to senior leaders, owning regional employment and contractor/EOR compliance across Spain and EMEA. Focus on shaping organizational effectiveness, strengthening leadership capability, and guiding culture within a globally distributed People Team.

Location: Remote, restricted to Europe/EMEA region, with strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and EOR/contractor compliance across multiple EMEA countries.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for the CS + Onboarding global business unit.
  • Partner with leaders at all levels to align People strategies with business needs and lead organizational design initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve complex team member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment.
  • Own compliance across Spain and EMEA, including Spanish labor law, CBAs, and multi-country EOR/contractor regulations.
  • Collaborate with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate data in Workday.
  • Work with global HRBPs to ensure consistency in practices and support global People initiatives across all regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), Equality Plans, and conciliation processes.
  • Experience with EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
