What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to execute a People strategy that improves performance and employee experience.
• Lead core talent programs including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
• Drive organizational design efforts for scalable growth and effective operating models.
• Manage change management efforts and reinforce company values across central functions.
• Navigate complex employee matters in partnership with Legal, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law.
• Mentor and influence the PBP team while acting as a cultural leader for the Barcelona hub.

Requirements

• Significant experience influencing and coaching senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven success in organizational design, talent management, and complex change leadership.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity.
