What you will do

• Design, build, and implement interactive experiences for customers using hirify.global to drive business impact.
• Consult with customer application owners to understand business objectives and recommend hirify.global solutions.
• Lead end-to-end hirify.global projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor and analyze hirify.global usage data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on hirify.global best practices and product utilization.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of user behavior and how to improve user engagement through hirify.global.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization and integration.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success.
• 3+ years of SaaS experience.
