Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, United States
Salary: $125,000–$140,000 OTE (including salary and variables)

What you will do
- Own World as the core community platform, managing content, engagement, and overall experience.
- Design and execute community programs, including events, learning moments, campaigns, and advocacy initiatives.
- Connect community efforts across various channels to create a cohesive customer experience.
- Lead user-generated content initiatives to elevate customer voices and encourage peer-to-peer sharing.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Education, Marketing, Support, and SAP teams to drive shared investment in the community.
- Align community initiatives with corporate priorities while staying deeply rooted in customer needs and feedback.
Requirements
- Experience managing or scaling a customer community or engagement program across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience owning a community platform (Salesforce Community preferred; Khoros a plus).
- Strong understanding of community as a strategic customer engagement motion.
- Proven ability to design and execute virtual customer events and user-generated content initiatives.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills, making complex ideas approachable.
