Salary: $161,600 - $212,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute PR strategies to amplify hirify.global’s position as the ERP for private capital globally across US, EU, and AMEA regions.
• Manage external PR agencies and speaking consultants to ensure narrative alignment and maximize market impact.
• Craft compelling narratives positioning the company as an innovator in fintech, AI, and private markets.
• Lead strategic internal communications for organizational initiatives and company-wide rollouts in partnership with the People team.
• Design and run a comprehensive thought leadership program, including bylined content and top-tier media engagements for executives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business, finance, and tech media, analysts, and industry influencers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B PR and Communications, including at least 3 years in-house.
• Proven experience overseeing public relations agencies.
• Deep existing relationships with tech and business media.
• Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
