Sr Community Engagement Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Must reside in Washington State. Hybrid role with regular onsite presence in Tukwila and the greater Seattle area.

Salary: $80,200 - $97,800

What you will do

• Execute Community Engagement programs and signature events ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners for timely delivery.
• Manage project timelines and identify risks to keep initiatives on track.
• Administer employee participation in community programs and update materials.
• Track key milestones and metrics to provide insights and reporting for leadership.
• Develop event communications, FAQs, and documentation in partnership with leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or communications (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management or related roles.
• Must be based in Washington State.
• Proficiency with standard business tools including spreadsheets, scheduling, and document management.
• Ability to travel locally and interstate and lift up to 40 lbs for event setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in employee engagement or community-focused programs within hirify.global or similar organizations.
• Familiarity with DEI principles and ability to apply a DEI lens.
